Food items are not returnable, but if we accept a return a 25% fee will be applied on all food items. For obvious and sanitary reasons only unopened food items may be considered for a return. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. To initiate your return process, please E mail us at: email@example.com to obtain a “return authorization number”. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip including the authorization number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Return the item via UPS or US Postal Service. Please insure the package and secure a tracking number to protect yourself in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.
